Best of 2022 - Part 2 - INDYCAR

Another season in the books, it’s hard to believe in roughly 40 days that IndyCar will be back on track testing!

Best of the year style galleries are hard for me, it’s difficult to do them justice. I am proud of the images I take but every year when I reflect, I find myself saying “that’s it?”. I put an insane amount of pressure to gather these images through out the year. I’m very dedicated to IMS/INDYCAR, they are trusting me and our staff to compile captivating imagery to define their brand. I also want to make our drivers, teams and staff proud to share exciting imagery of something they spend so much time on and are so passionate about.

Fans mention that I have their dream job. The hours, weekends and travel can sometimes be stressful, I always remind myself of those racing fans and their excitement for what IMS/IndyCar puts on track. It’s an honor for me to share what it’s like being here at Indianapolis Motor Speedway and traveling with INDYCAR to our race fans. It excites me to give everyone some behind the scenes views and in-between moments that might have not existed otherwise.
