2019 is complete, In some ways all we really have to show from a year is it’s photographs. Did I take enough of life’s important moments in 2019? Did I make enough art? No is a quick and easy answer for myself. Any one who knows me, knows i’m annoyingly shooting almost every activity i’m apart of. Sometimes even the moments you typicality wouldn’t shoot or are better forgotten. Please stop me when it’s inappropriate, I have no limits, will waste time and attempt to make images from nothing.
I often found myself in the position this year where I would crave adventures, activities just so I can photograph them. I do however believe I can do better about finding subjects to shoot in 2020. My goal for next year is to not resist or make excuses to shoot subjects when I have the urge. No more , i’ll stop on the way home, it’s to cold today, i’ll wait until the light is better, type excuses .
